Woodwind Beach is located 1.4 miles south of the village and is a cluster of 11 private homes in an area with limited public beach access. The simple wood frame two-story designs elevated on pilings are situated to make the most of views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The beach is right out your back door. Across the street is a state preservation area. The bike path is also across the street so it is safe to jog, bicycle or take a golf cart to the village. There is a community heated pool and single tennis court for your recreation enjoyment. Each home is three bedrooms and two baths with all the modern features for a comfortable stay.
