Start your tour of this charming home by walking into the spacious living room complete with cathedral ceilings. You’ll have plenty of room to entertain guests in either the dining room or screened bayside porch. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite is located on the second floor. Finish your tour at ground level by the (unheated) pool. Even if you’re not in the mood for a swim, there’s plenty of space to relax on the screened porch next to the pool.
PLEASE NOTE: One major change - the Pass Club instituted a 30 day minimum for access to their facility. Weekly guests are no longer eligible to use the Pass Club.
This property is "pet friendly" with permission. Once permitted, one (1) dog is allowed and a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your balance.
