Rental Questions

Are all units pet friendly? Is there a fee?
No. Some units allow pets for a fee. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee for the units that allow pets. Whether the unit is pet-friendly is specified on our Website.

Can I purchase Travel Insurance?
Yes. Please call CSA Travel Protection (now known as Generali Global Assistance) at this toll free number (877-243-4135) for what is covered.

Are towels provided?
Yes. Beach and bathing towels.

Can I pay with a credit card over the phone?
Yes. We are also able to process payments with checks and e-checks.

How do I get my keys after hours?
Please walk down the Park Ave. side of our building to the door marked “After Hours Check-In”. Go inside that door and you will find a series of lockboxes. You will be given a specific code with your rental booking.

What time can I check in? What time do I check out?
Check-in is 4:00pm. Check out is 10:00am.

What is the check-out procedure?
Before you leave, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed and locked. Air conditioning is reset to 80 degrees. If you are able to start the dish washer and/or laundry, we would appreciate that. Please return keys to office. If we are closed, please place the keys through the mail slot at the front door.

Can I check-in early? Can I check-out late?
Please call the office to determine if an early check-in or late check-out is possible.

Can someone under 21 rent a unit?

Do I need to bring my own linens?
No. Linens are supplied in each property.

Do you supply beach chairs, grills, umbrellas, or coolers?
We do not supply these items; however, we recommend calling Amber Gassman, the owner of Boca Grill and Beach Gear Rentals LLC, for beach supply purchases. (941-468-5789)

Does my rental kitchen have spices?
Some rentals provide their own selection of spices; however, most do not. Bring your favorite spices or pick them up at the local grocery store.

Does my unit have Wi-Fi?
Yes. All of our rentals include Wi-Fi.

Is there a grocery delivery service?
Yes. Hudson’s Grocery (941-964-2621). You can also call Evan Merritt, from Island Grocery Delivery Inc. (941-830-1346).

Are golf carts included in my rental?
No. Please refer to the main FAQ page for companies and phone numbers.

Does Sea Oats allow golf carts?
Yes. Please contact the Sea Oats office for details and additional charging station fees. (941-964-0987)

How far is Sea Oats from the village?
Approx. 3 miles.

Can I park a boat/trailer at my rental?
If you are renting from a complex/community, no. If you are renting a home, yes. Please call the office.

How do I mail something to the BGRE Office?
USPS: you must mail it to: P.O. Box 686, Boca Grande, FL 33921. (USPS does NOT deliver to individual addresses. They only deliver to PO boxes.)

What is supplied in the kitchen?
All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens including utensils, pots and pans, dinner plates, drinking cups, etc. Please call the office for specifics.
