We really enjoyed our stay at Island House 11.
The house has been beautifully renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glassware and any kitchen utensil you might need. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. Also plenty of beach chairs and toys. The views from the house are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing. The screened lanai is a wonderful extension of the house to enjoy the view. Some of the furniture shown on the pictures have been updated, like the dining table, kitchen stools and screened in porch furniture. They are all very nice. The location is very good, close to town but far enough for peace and quiet. It’s a 35 min walk to town or a 5-7min golf cart ride. Also easy walk to the south end of Island to see the lighthouse or eat at South Beach Bar & Grill. Kathy at Boca Grande Realestate was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend Island House 11.
